Sound Frequency Lullabies

Where science meets soul—tune your voice to the frequencies of love.

Why Sound Before Birth ?

The womb is a resonant chamber.

Long before birth, babies are listening. Your breath, heartbeat, and voice create the first sounds your child experiences—vibrations that soothe, regulate, and connect.

SoundPlay Works™ practitioners understand this resonance as both science and soul:
a language of safety carried through amniotic waters.

Recent studies reveal:

  • Fetuses form sound memories and show specific brain responses to melodies heard in the womb.¹
  • Live lullaby singing improves heart and oxygen regulation in preterm infants.²
  • Music and sound reduce maternal anxiety during pregnancy and labor.³
  • Group singing enhances bonding and emotional well-being in new mothers.⁴

Each tone, hum, and rhythm is more than a sound—it’s an energetic message of belonging.
