A guided session combining pranayama, meditation, and a rich sonic soundbath featuring crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other high-frequency instruments. Perfect for deep relaxation, stress release, and nervous system support. Ideal for large or small groups.
b) Sound Serene Yoga or Qigong Session:
A gentle yoga or a qigong session are paired with or followed by a sense’sational soundscape . This hybrid session blends mindful movement with therapeutic tones to promote presence, embodied ease, and mental clarity. Maximum 50 people in a large conference room.
c) Cacao Ceremony, Guided Vocal Circle & SoundPlay Meditation:
An integrative ceremonial offering that opens the heart, sets intention, and invites gentle sonic exploration. Facilitated with care and inclusivity, this experience fosters connection, presence, and collective resonance. Ideal for large or smaller groups.
An engaging, hands-on workshop for up to 24 participants, combining interactive team-building exercises, vocal exploration, and a guided sonic circle.
