Perfect for gymnasiums or auditoriums, this experience brings the entire school community into resonance through sound, rhythm, and breath.
Students quickly experience the power of sound as a tool for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and collective connection. The session includes live demonstrations, hands-on exploration by selected students, and a full-group sound bath experience.
This large group experience is designed to complement Ontario curriculum standards in Health & Physical Education, The Arts (Music, Drama, Dance), and Science & Technology. The program also supports cross-curricular goals by integrating:
1. STEAM exploration: through sound science, artistic expression, music and technology
2. Emotional well-being outcomes: by guiding students in breath awareness, body regulation, and sensory integration
Teachers are provided with an activity package designed to invite student dialogue, creativity and consolidation of the resonant learning experience.
SoundPlay Works™ brings resonant learning to life—where students feel deeply connected, engaged, and inspired by what they learn. Rooted in the work of Hartmut Rosa1, resonant learning is about more than just receiving information; it’s about feeling “touched” by the world and moved to respond with creativity, curiosity, and purpose.
Through immersive sound experiences—featuring world instruments, breathwork, and storytelling—we create moments that reduce stress, increase focus, and spark personal growth. Each presentation includes ready-to-use follow-up activities, so the resonance continues in the classroom.
